Overview
Grid events are a great way to jump right into the action. Every player wearing the HUD will see these grid events live! Here we will discuss how to use grid events effectively.

Conquer Land Challenge Events
When a player posts a challenge to conquer a land by force a grid wide event will be fired notifying all players about their intentions. The grid event for challenge will look like this:

** GRID EVENT ** PlayerA has posted a CHALLENGE for region RegionA ** GRID EVENT **

If playerA remains unchallenged for the duration (timer) of the challenge(5-10m) they will take control of that region.

Any other player(PlayerB) who wishes to challenge PlayerA must make their way to RegionA. They can do so by opening their MAP and typing RegionA in the search box. Once RegionA is found, click Teleport to the region. Once teleported to RegionA, playerB must locate playerA's control point (a point where challenge was posted). PlayerA must be within 50 meters of their control point. Once player B locates players A, player B must contest the region by posting another challenge if they wish to take it over. A fresh timer for player B will not start. Now they must fight to the death. If player B kills player A, player A loses their current challenge and player B will emerge victorious and will control the land if they live through the duration of the challenge. Mind you player A can resurrect and re-enter the fight. Whoever stays alive at the end of the timer controls the land.

Boss Fights
Grid events also feature random Boss fights. Boss fights happen randomly and at random times. Bosses may drop better than average loot, weapons marks IOU or Stamps. When Bosses spawn they shout their location in Grid event, such as:

Boss Xarona has spawned in Artemis Island location 22,123,55

Bosses usually need a team to take down. Usually 3-5 players depending on the boss level. Boss events cannot be predicted so you have to make your way to the spawn point within 30 min-1hr to do a boss encounter.
Bosses may also need a strategy to take down depending on their abilities. There is NO 'dps/tank/heal' trinity requirements to kill a boss as each player is self sufficient in performing either roles. Restore cycle along with self heal and defensive abilities is a good idea to cross heal and protect yourself in boss fights.
